On starting LibreOffice, the quick starter window which presents the option to open new documents or recent ones also has 3 shortcuts underneath which are for:

Get more templates
Add new features
Get more information

All of these fail with the following error dialogues:

NOT reproducible with "LibreOffice 3.3.0 RC4 - WIN7  Home Premium (64bit) German UI  [OOO330m19 (build 6 / tag 3.3.0.4)]"

I am pretty sure this one is a DUP of
