this onlineupdate.xcd file is not present openoffice.org/basis3.3/share/registry
while present in OOo

then the following nodes are missing in the LibrO registry which leads to different behaviour in former extensions trying to retreive it

the file should be present with if needed different default values instead of removing it

This bug was filed before the changes to Bugzilla on 2011-10-16. Thus it
started right out as NEW without ever being explicitly confirmed. The bug is
changed to state NEEDINFO for this reason. To move this bug from NEEDINFO back
