Test document for freeze while opening

Opening the attached document may cause freeze Writer.

This MS-Word document(.doc) includes a Excel worksheet object.
If I try to remove the Excel worksheet object from this file,
Writer opened this file normally.

OpenOffice.org 3.3 opens this file just fine. No problem at all.

I tried above mentioned tests with LibreOffice 3.3.1RC1 on Windows XP and 7.

[Reproducible] with "LibreOffice 3.3.1 RC1 - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) German UI [OOO330m19 (build 7 / tag 3.3.1.1)]":
"Aaa.doc" will crash LibO immediately when I try to open that document from WIN Explorer, same result with "insert a worksheet object into ms-word.doc".
"Aaa.doc" also causes a crash when I open document from LibO Files dialog, "insert a worksheet object into ms-word.doc" can be opened from LibO file dialog, but only shows black page content, LibO does not work correctly any longer when this document has been opened.

MS WORD VIEWER opens both documents without problems.

OOo 3.1.1 opens both documents without problems

"Ooo-Dev 3.4.0 multilingual version English UI WIN XP: [OOo300m98 (Build 9568)]" opens both documents without problems!

Not reproduced with LO 3.3 RC4 Ubuntu 10.04 x86. Macroses turned off.

I think this one is a DUP of Bug 33785.
Looks good in RC2.
Could anyone please check that?
Comment 6 Rainer Bielefeld Retired 2011-03-09 21:18:41 UTC
Indeed, seems to be fixed for "LibreOffice 3.3.1 – WIN7 Home Premium
(64bit) German UI [OOO330m19 (build 8 / tag 3.3.1.2)]". I can't reproduce a
crash any longer.

For now I will set status to WORKSFORME, because I can't decide whether it really is a DUP (I believe it's most likely.

Please feel free to mark as a DUP if you have well founded reasons to see this one as a DUP.
