3) What is expected to happen is when one performs at the Terminal:

Press F5, it displays the same as it does in Edit mode and Microsoft Office Power Point Viewer 2007.

4) What happens instead is in Slide 2 some icons are distorted in Slide Show versus Edit mode and MSOPPV2007 (please see attached screenshots.tar.bz2).

Not reproducible on LO 4.0.4.1 (Win7 32bit). Please reopened if that still persists on latest stable release
