There are new versions of the German dictionaries available:
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project/dict-de_DE_frami
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project/dict-de_AT_frami
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project/dict-de_CH_frami

The actual dictionaries for DE, AT, CH have version 2010.12.04.

Once upon a time (@OOo)I asked André if he can write down how to do this and he told me that writing it down would be more work than doing it himself. ;-)
