It is less important than it was a few weeks ago. With the new --skipsource option of the po2oo script (see http://bugs.locamotion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1883) this bug will not be triggered in LibreOffice builds, because we can do the fallback to en-US during the build of the translations module.
