I took screenshots with Zscreen, and then try to paste the image into Writer. But nothing happens.

But at the same time, I can paste the image in MS Word.

To conclude, the clipboard has image content, which is not accepted in Writer.

@narayanaras, after a screenshot taken, is there something in Edit->Paste Special... in LibO Writer?

No: Writer's Edit>Paste and Edit>Paste special menu options are grayed out.
Even Impress has the same behavior.

The context menu does not have any paste-related options at all.

BTW I downloaded LibO 3.3.1 and it has the same behavior.

NOT reproducible with ZScreen 4.2.5 and  "LibreOffice 3.4.3 - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) German UI [OOO340m1 (Build:302)]".

I think (not sure) Zscreen was modified to solve this issue. I too am not getting this issue any more.

RESOLVED, FIXED or CLOSED bugs cant be KEYWORD NEEDINFO.

The original problem was "Somehow" resolved (certainly not in LO, though).

But now it has resurfaced with Greenshot (an open source screenshot app).
I can paste the image from clipboard into MS Word, but not in Writer (4.1.0.4).

Reopening the issue.

tested under Win7 64bit.

Greenshot 1.1.6 screen captures can be pasted in LibO Writer 4.1.3.2 without any issue.
