Thorsten, could you please have a look at it? It would be nice to fix this for the LO-3.4 release. I have found it after playing 5 minutes with the new build ;-) weird. my build does not show that behaviour. going to look into the latest opensuse one - Petr, could you check whether x86_64 behaves similarly for you? Petr confirms bug again, notes his build is done with *internal* cairo. I don't see it with "system" cairo, let me try internal. I did do some tweaking to the vcl cairo text rendering which might be a trigger somehow for this a quick semi-rebuild with internal cairo on x86_64 and I still don't see it, hmm Hmm, I see it also with our official LO-3.3.2.2 build for SLED11-SP1-x86_64. It uses the system cairo. So, it might be quite old bug and probably not that important. Reproduced with Ubuntu 10.04.2 x86 LO 3.4.0 libcairo2 1.8.10-2ubuntu1 Bug does not appear if click outside text field before start presentation. Is this still a problem ? This is pressing F5, while editing a drawing text box and not getting the content of the active drawing text box. There's a common problem with the idiom of an editengine and its "currently being edited adds a magic outliner which contains the editing contents while the editengine contains the pre-edited content" I do not see it in a recent master build => FIXED |
I have just tested todays build of libreoffice git master. I tried to create simple presentation and watch it in fullscreen. It did not show some text in the fullscreen mode. Steps to reproduce: 1. Start blank presentation in impress 2. Enter "Title bla" into the title box 3. Enter "Text bla" into the text box 4. start presentation [F5] Result: It shows just "Title bla" Expected result: It should show both "Title bla" and "Text bla" Observation: It helps to do one of the following operations: + save the document + add another slide + use itemized list for the text => I think that there is a missing initialization somewhere
