I have tested today's build LO git master on SLED10. I played with it several minutes. It has happened twice that I was not able to quit the applications. Neither [CTRL-Q] nor "File/Quit" nor the window quit button worked. I had to use "killall soffice.bin"

Sigh, I was unable to find a repeatable scenario :-(

I create this bug, so that it is known. I hope that someone could provide a scenario to reproduce that would actually help to solve it.

Hi Petr, to reproduce it, does it matter when it happens with any specific of the components (writer, calc, base...)? Do you still remember it?:) Thanks!

In the first case, I played with all applications (Writer, Calc, Draw, Formula, Impress, tried presentation mode). In the second case, it was Writer+Draw. Also I tried to change the icon theme in the second case.

IMHO, draw+impress are most suspicious but I might be wrong.

My be you have encountered problem from 
Bug 32861 - Impress hangs part way through slide show
it is Linux specific bug that hangs office or freezes at least
it exist on LO 3.4 beta 5

In fact, I was not able to reproduce with the last betas => closing as WORKSFORME.
