Description gleppert 2011-04-25 10:41:05 UTC
I encounter a regression in LibreOffice Writer 3.3.2. Alphabetical sorting of text lists does not work properly. This used to work perfectly in previous versions of LO/OOo.

How to reproduce:
* Open attached .odt-file (I assume that the problems occur even with much simpler lists)
* Press Ctrl-A to mark the entire text
* Go to "Extras" (Tools) - "Sortieren" (Sort) and choose the standard sorting which is alpha-numeric ascending.
* Press "Okay"
* Result: It seems to sort something, but the result is completely wrong. It simply was not sorted correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Can you reproduce the bug? Please test it.

My system: LibreOffice 3.3.2 PPA, Ubuntu 10.04/Gnome, Intel 32-bit. German language environment.

Bug is invalid, therefore closing it.

The attached document includes many soft line breaks (which I did not know) and also some "hard" line breaks. LibreOffice sorting behaviour is actually exactly how it should be:
LibreOffice alphabetically sorts all words in a group of words separated by soft line breaks. It starts again with alphabetical sorting after the next "hard" line break.

This is correct behaviour, therefore closing the bug.
