To freeze a Row or a Column the row below or the column to the right needs to be 
selected. This is counter intuitive. Please change this so that the exact row
can be highlighted and frozen.

well the help is explicit "Divides the sheet at the top left corner of the active cell and the area to the top left is no longer scrollable." also from the point of view of interoperability this is also how it works with Excel. closing

Hi Noel, 
true the documentation is explicit, but the effect is counter intuitive. If it 
doesn't take a lot of time to implement i guess it would be a really nice 
enhancement.
