TheExtension CT2N. Convert Text to Numbers does not work in Libre 3.4.0
I have replaced CT2N with a fresh download and it still does not work.
It appears as an Add On> CT2N>The menu appears.
Clicking on Whole sheet, or Selected produces a Nil result.

BTW. I should be able to Convert text to Numbers using the Value() function, in which case, I would not need CT2N.
I have tried using Value several ways and all I get is either #Value, or Error 502.
Neither of these options work.

Thank you for your attention, Tink.

@JohnT:
Currently the only way you can solve your CT2N problem is to contact the author and to ask him to fix the problem.
I filed "Bug 38324 - EXTENSION CT2N does not work", can you please add a description of the problem you observed there?

Here we will handle your Value() problem.

May I ask you to read hints on <http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport> carefully?
Then please:
- Check whether your problem already has been reported
- Write a meaningful Summary
- Attach a sample document
- Attach screenshots with comments (you can add information using LibO DRAW
and then attach your screenshot with comments as PDF) if necessary
- Contribute a step by step instruction containing every key press and every
mouse click how to reproduce your problem
- add information
  -- what exactly is unexpected
-- and why do you believe it's unexpected
  -- concerning your PC
-- concerning your OS (Version ...)
-- concerning your LibO localization (UI language)
–- Libo settings that might be related to your problems
-- how you launch LibO and how you opened the sample document
-- everything else crossing your mind after you read a.m. URL

Can you please file Bug reports with status UNCONFIRMED if your are not absolutely sure that you contributed all required background information and that the problem will be reproducible with information you can provide?
Thank you!

My most abject apologies.
I had the syntax for the text numbers wrong.
CT2N works perfectly.
I am still having problems with Value() though.

Again I have the syntax wrong in Value()
The text has to be a whole number and it removes the quote marks.

May I ask to be forgiven.

Tink.
