Create a document in some application other than LibO -- OpenOffice.org, say.
Create a paragraph style that applies top and bottom borders to the paragraph text.
Enter text including a paragraph to which the bordered paragraph style is applied.
Print the document and verify that the borders are printed.
Save the document.
Now open the document in LibO 3.4.0 and print, either to PDF or to a physical printer. The borders do not print.
If you originate the document in LibO 3.4.0 using the same bordered paragraph style, then printing from LibO DOES print the borders.
This is a regression. LibO 3.3.2 does NOT have this problem.

Same thing for me, we import from .doc models, then borderlines doesn't appear on printing page (appear into prewiew)

Agreed. I cannot print the lines from an ODT that I initially created with OpenOffice. No matter how I print it, no lines appear in the print. However, if I export as PDF using LibreOffice 3.4.1, rather than printing to PDF, the lines appear. But the export routine does not allow me the booklet printing option that the print routine does. Thus, I have to print the ODT using OpenOffice (3.3.2).

This appears to be fixed in Libreoffice 3.4.2 RC2.
