Not confirmed under [Win2K LibreOffice 3.4.1 OOO340m1 (Build:103)]. Calc opens the file just fine and makes html tables. Maybe this new version already fixed the error. Just installed 3.4.1, issue resolved. Good job team! |
Created attachment 48899 [details] disguised HTML table I thought I was opening an XLS file automatically created from ST Microelectronics parametric search web page, however, it appears their web server goofed, creating an HTML document, but naming it XLS. Trying to open the document consistently crashes LibreOffice. However, Excel can open it, warns that it is in wrong format, but imports it correctly.
