Weekly summary / Release summary

Background: We send development summary every week to the libreoffice mailing list. Also we add similar summary to the NEWS file into the released libreoffice-build source tarball. It would be great to put the summary also into wiki where the bugzilla numbers could be hyperlinks, ...

The current summary is generated by the script libreoffice/bootstrap/bin/lo-commit-stat. It tries to somewhow sort and normalize the first lines of the git log. I am sure that we could do much better job here. For example, there are still bugs in moving the bug number to the end of the summary line. It would be nice to detect commits that are the same in all repos and move them to a common section. It would be great to somehow detect features and get better description from the complete build log, ...

Another idea is to produce some charts, so we see the progress between weeks.
