Sorry this may seem like a trivial question, but may you inform me where "Add new features to LibreOffice" is located? Even for a simple bug like this it would be nice if you could include step by steps for easy reproduction of the problem. Thanks. Seems to be a free translation from Extensions Manager? URL is the one you reach clicking "Get more extensions online ..." in Extensions Manager. And indeed, just checking I can't reach any of the extensions.
