May be you can check bugs from a.m. Search URL + "Bug 39510 - CRASH closing document with footnotes" whether something reminds you to your crash.
I have a reminder for 2011-09-16 for this bug.
Comment 4 Frantisek Erben 2011-08-16 05:54:08 UTC
Crashlogs look completelly different - I'll add my comment to bug #39510 and my crashlog.

Comment 6 Frantisek Erben 2011-08-18 01:35:25 UTC
Crash happend again on another iMac (Mac OS X 10.7.1), but it si still unclear how to reproduce it, because I work simultaneously in Writer and Calc couple of hours. It doesn't depend if you press Cmd+Q and confirm save dialog or not. Now crash when I save and close all files manually and then press Cmd+Q.

Comment 8 Frantisek Erben 2011-09-20 15:09:59 UTC
Occure in LibreOffice 3.4.3 OOO340m1(Build:302) too but now crash log is a little bit different - it might cause by using Writer only while crash occure.
I stil can't find reproducible sequence.

Not occured since LibreOffice 3.4.4 (OOO340m1 (Build:402))
Unintentionally fixed by development :-)
