can you describe the steps to reproduce it? Select any cell or range (or don`t select anything, A1 should be already selected), press Cntrl+1 or select Format->Cells... and it crashes, telling that it`s going to restore the document. can you test with 3.4.3? I thought that I had fixed it with 3.4.2 but Eike did some more clean-up for 3.4.3 Even 3.4.2 (amd64 .deb download) doesn't crash here. I am using Arch linux, and the latest version is 3.4.2-2 (second packaging). Is there a way to install the 3.4.3 and cleanly remove it afterwards? (In reply to comment #5) The download packages install to /opt/libreoffice3.4/... so shouldn't interfere with the distribution's package. Ok, this gets more interesting: the 3.4.3 installation works fine, and I narrowed down the bug on 3.4.2 - it crashes when choosing the tab "numbers" (it was chosen by default first, dunno what changed it.). Is it needed to check the 3.4.2 rpm installation (like i did for 3.4.3)? If 3.4.3 works I think we can resolve this as fixed. It's probably a duplicate of some other crasher bug related to number formats dialog for which I don't find the bug ID right now. |
