When opening any document I get following message:
Error loading basic from document ~/.libreoffice/3/user/basic/dialog.xlc
Checking this location, the file does not exist. In 3.4.2, there was no such issue.

When deleting the ~/.libreoffice directory, this problem disappeared.

Do I need to uninstall LibreOffice?

No. Deleting is enough.
