The screen sometimes shows the names on the columns in the area of the spreadsheet. If you scroll up and down the spreadsheet it fixes.
Also this behavior is present in 3.4.3 release.
Tested on two different machines with Windows 7 and XP
(sorry for my english)

It seems a problem with certain xls/xlsx document.
