Problem description: While typing numbers in a spreadsheet in the french locale, typing the decimal key on the keypad produces a dot, which is not taken as decimal point by libreoffice, since the french decimal character is the comma, not the dot. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open a spreadsheet 2. Hit the decimal key on the keypad Current behavior: Always produces a dot, whatever the locale. Expected behavior: Produce a localized decimal character, i.e. a comma in the french locale (the output of nl_langinfo(DECIMAL_POINT)).
