Description j.yamut 2011-10-05 11:36:44 UTC
Problem description:

Updated to the latest LibreOffice using Update Manager on Ubuntu 11.04. LO was working fine until last week all default Font Colors and Background color in Calc, and all default Font Colors and Highlighting Colors in Writer are gone. The only option is White. I believe all other LO apps are affected but I didn't check.

Steps to reproduce:
I have no idea how to reproduce this bug.

Temporary solution:
Go to Tools > Options > Colors and add a color one by one manually.

Is there a way to get back all the colors without having to do the steps above? Like an LO command or an extension I can use to re-populate all colors used for fonts, highlighting and cell background.

Yes It does. I have done a network upgrade from Ubuntu 11.04 to Ubuntu 11.10 and the problem still very much exists. The colors have not changed, in fact they're the very same ones I added manually since when I was using Ubuntu 11.04 and an earlier version of LibreOffice (for that distro version).

How can this fixed? The upgrade to LO 3.4.4 that came with the distro upgrade did not fix the color palette.

Would it be safe to say that I just have to purge entire LO install from my system, including the user settings, to fix this issue? Can you please say where LO saves the user settings under the $HOME dir?

Thank you.

IMHO in one of these places:
~/.config/libreoffice
~/.config/lodev
~/.libreoffice
