The Help dialog choose LibreOffice Draw.
Click on Toolbars under "LibreOffice Draw Menus, Toolbars, and Keys".
Click on "Edit Points Bar."

The wording "Delete Points" should match the wording used in the program where "Eliminate Points" is used instead.
