Problem description: Special characters, including smart quotes, show up as other strange characters. Steps to reproduce: 1. Load a Word or RTF document with special characters. 2. Look perplexed. Current behavior: Displays the wrong characters. Expected behavior: Display the right characters. Platform (if different from the browser): Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10.4; fr; rv:1.9.0.19) Gecko/2011091218 Camino/2.0.9 (MultiLang) (like Firefox/3.0.19)
