When I was opening a document that I created in Microsoft Word 2007, I encountered a conversion problem.  I had cropped some in-document photos inside of Word 2007.  These cropping options did not appear in Writer.  They showed the original full-size images.

This is not the original file that comes with the bug.  I have lost that file and tried to recreate it.

The document I uploaded is an image of a dog.  It should be cropped in half vertically.  Try opening that in LibreOffice Writer.

reproduced on LibO 3.5.0 beta 1
dog on picture should be cropped from right (without rear legs) but appears complete

reproducible with LO 4.0.2.2 (Win7 Home, 64bit)

In MSO 2007 the dog is cropped from the right (without rear legs) while in LO the dog appears complete and clinched.

I close this bug report as RESOLVED WORKFORME because it is no longer reproducible.
Tested again in Windows 7 Enterprise with:
