When I open a document, either a new one or an existing one, when I start typing the spell checker marks words as miss-spelled that I have already added to the data base before.
When I right click on the red underlined word to add to the data base once more the red underline disappears immediately before i can choose anything from the menu.  Seemingly the word is then recognized.
Only need to be done once in every session.  Until I close Libreoffice it works fine.  Next time I start libreoffice, the same thing happens.

would you be so kind to test it again with a newer version of LO than 3.4.3, please? I have tested it with LO Version 3.6.2.2 (Build ID: da8c1e6) under Debian Testing x86 and cannot confirm your bug ... :( If it is still the same, could you give us a little more info (hardware, software, which could be relevant)? Or maybe to attach a file to this bug, so we are able to reproduce it?

Hi Thomas,

In version LibreOffice 3.5.4.2, Build ID: 350m1(Build:2) the bug does
not exist anymore.  Seems to have been fixed.
