I compared how long it takes to find the last of 1512 records in a spreasheet based address database. Search string is "a100" 'Anywhere in the field'

OOo 3.1.1:        7s
LibO 3.4.1RC:     4s

LibO 3.5.5Beta2: 22s

The very bad result LibO 3.5.5Beta2: 22s has been caused by a spreadsheet damaged because of an other bug.

Currently I do not see any significant performance problem, so INVALID
