Thank you very much for your report! NOT REPRODUCIBLE (anymore) with LibreOffice 3.5.3.2 (Build-ID: 235ab8a-3802056-4a8fed3-2d66ea8-e241b80), German UI, on MacOS X 10.6.8. Formula import from .docx has been improved in LibreOffice 3.5.x. I can open and see all formulas in the .docx file without problems. There are some visual shortcomings, of course; I see: * the vertical spacing is not correct (a bit loose) * the bold formulas or parts of formulas don't appear bold. But these are minor issues, and IIRC there are special bug reports for them. The main issue "Writer does not show formulae in .docx" is solved. Therefore I close this bug report as RESOLVED/WORKSFORME. Please feel free to reopen it if you still encounter the same problem in LibreOffice 3.5.3 or better. If you want to help with fixing the remaining visual shortcomings, please search for already existing and maching bug reports (maybe bug 47472 is a point to start with?) or create new ones if you can't fine any matching reports. Thank you again! |
