Problem description: 
Change selected paragraph to "Sentence case" does not work if all the letters in the paragraph are in lowercase, but work if all the letters are in uppercase.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select a paragraph that containing more than one sentences.
2. Choose Format>Change case>lowercase
3. Choose Format>Change case>Sentence case

Current behavior:
Nothing has happened.

Expected behavior:
Change the selected paragraph to sentence case.

Platform (if different from the browser): Linux Ubuntu 10.11

reproduced in 3.5.3 on Fedora 64 bit and Windows 7 32 bit
(in 3.3.4 such functionality not implemented)
reproducible in Writer, Calc, Impress

Format>Change case>Sentence case: only first sentence in paragraph corrected, rest unchanged.
