Please turn of the blinking when the header or footer input message appears, if the mouse pointer is long enough in the area.

The feature is great, still the blinking is very distracting.

Thanks

Thanks for bugreport
Message (or tool or tooltip) with text "Header (Default)" indeed appears with blinking when we place mouse cursor into header area. And with blinking disappears when we move cursor in another place. Reproduced in 3.5.3 on Fedora 64 bit and Windows 7 32 bit. But this blinking takes small part of second. In my case almost unseen.
(the same with footer)

May be on more slow computers or computers with Video driver problem this is much more remarkable and annoying. Or if page has complex content which consumes much CPU for rendering.

This behavior has been removed in some version.
The button appears only when you _click_ in the header or footer area
