Thanks for bugreport Please, attach backtrace of crash if possible Not a problem with BASIC (the macro language), but a basic LibreOffice problem, therefore adjusted component. Also set Platform to Windows according to original description, and increased severity: if (!) this problem still exists, it is IMHO critical, because more and more PCs will have installed Java 7 only. Seemes to be fixed. Tried it with LO 3.6.1 and only JRE 7_u7 and it works, so this one can be closed @ Arne Bruening: Thank you very much for testing again and letting us know about the results! According to Arne Bruening's results, I set the status of this bug report to RESOLVED/WORKSFORME. Everybody, feel free to reopen this bug report if you can reproduce it with a currect version of LibreOffice (3.6.1 or better). |
Problem description: Steps to reproduce: 1. Start LibreOffice Current behavior: Crash Expected behavior: Start Platform (if different from the browser): Win7 32-bit Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0.1 When only JRE7 is installed, LO crashes at splash screen. After I installed an additional JRE6, it works as expected.
