whilst the groupnames ( as indicated by the xml ) are imported these names are basically what Excel autogenerates, the user defined captions for those groupnames are ignored. See https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=56182 attached to issue #45268 where the groupnames are displayed as Group1 & Group2, the names displayed in Excel though are '1-3 days' and '4-7 days'

Use another application to import the XLSX https://slopeonline.io file. Some programs can process pivot tables with user-defined groups more efficiently:
Spreadsheet software such as Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc, or another version of Microsoft Excel.
Data visualization or analysis tools can import pivot tables.
