@Al Maloney:
Thank you very much for your report!

I wanted to reproduce this issue, but when I try the same with LibreOffice 3.5.4rc1 I see no output in the console. I started the Console application and selected (from the Log list) "DATABASE SEARCHES > All Messages" in order to see all messages. Then I started LibreOffice.

Is this right? Then it seems that the problem has been fixed in between. Could you please try again with LibreOffice 3.5.4rc1 (or, in a few days, with the upcoming 3.5.4 final) to verify this?

Or did you use Console in another way? So please tell me which item in the Log List I need to select in order to see the messages ...

Thank you very much!

Addendum:
I forgot to mention that I am using MacOS X 10.6.8, just like you, only with German UI.

@Roman Eisele
Using Mac OS X 10.6.8
- with LibO_3.5.4rc1_MacOS_x86_install_en-US - NO issue - problem resolved
- with master~2012-05-23_06.20.49_LibO-Dev_3.6.0alpha0_MacOS_x86_install_en-US - NO issue

Thank you for your attention.

@Al Maloney:
Thank you very much for your (fast!) reply!

So if I don't miss anything this issue is no longer reproducible. Therefore, I set the Status of this bug report to "RESOLVED/WORKSFORME". Anybody, feel free to re-open this bug report if you still/again can reproduce this issue with the upcoming LibreOffice 3.5.4 (or newer).
