The background color you've labelled as "pale green" sure looks blue to me, both on the screen and on the page.  

I'd really like one that looks pale green.  The others that look green are so dark it's hard to read black printing on them, at least when printed.

reproduced in 3.5.3 on Fedora 64 bit
currently color of "pale green" is 204.255.255. IMHO should be 204.255.204 or something like it

Thomas Arnhold committed a patch related to this issue.
