Created attachment 56941 [details] MS word school reoprt template Hi all, I guess the attached template was made using MS word. There are a number of boxes that once clicked have an X inserted or removed and this works with Libre/open office in Mint9 and Mint12. Saving as a MS word .doc and the X's get lost. Once saved I checked the doc on my work machine with up-to-date MS software and even the boxes were lost. LibreOffice 3.4.4 OOO340m1 (Build:402) I also have a laptop so I'll get the MS WORD installed from work so that my wife can use the template. I thought that you would be interested. This is the first time I've had an issue with open/libre office, I use it for everything, even the French grammar keeps me straight. I guess I should import the MS TTF to be 100% compatible as I have had a few minor format issues from time to time but nothing I could not fix. Regards Ian.
