Can't reproduce under LO 3.5.5.2, OpenSuSE 11.4 32bit. Could be it has been fixed? Hi Jelle, please test under LO 3.6.1 -> bug still exists? No feedback since more than 2 years + bug not reproduced by Robert with 3.5.X I put it as WFM. Jelle: don't hesitate to reopen this tracker if you can reproduce it with last stable LO version (4.2.6). |
Problem description: Steps to reproduce: 1. Edit table 2. Select field type DATE 3. Change format to YYYY-MM-DD (ISO 8601) 4. Save Table 5. Exit Table 6. Exit and save database 7. Reopen database Current behavior: The format of the DATE field changed back to the original setting. Number - general. Expected behavior: The format of the DATE field is YYYY-MM-DD (ISO 8601) Found workaround: After step 5, immediately reopen the table and click all the changed DATE fields once. After that, I seem to be able to save and close the database without losing my field formats. But this doesn't feel very reliable. Platform (if different from the browser): Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:10.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0.1 and Ubuntu 11.10 I use the same database on both platforms.
