In the bookmark dialogue (insert > bookmark), there should be a replace/update button to update the bookmark to the current position of the cursor.

Currently, to do the same, first you have to copy the name of the bookmark, delete the same and insert a new bookmark with the same name.

Confirming. It is not expected behavior for the normal office software.
