Problem description:
Hovering mouse over toolbar buttons causes very high cpu usage. The problem goes away after turning off tooltips(options-general-tips).
Even with Intel Core 2 Duo 1,6GHz, cpu usage is so high, so when clicking Bold, Italic etc.. there is slight pause, before results appear.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any libreoffice app and task manager
2. Hover mouse over toolbar buttons
3. Watch the increased cpu usage or see the slowness depending on cpu power.

Current behavior: high cpu usage

Expected behavior: none or very low cpu usage, like with 3.4.x

Platform (if different from the browser):

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:10.0.2) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0.2
