Is this still an issue with the latest stable releases of LO and Java? This is in essence what I saw on my Win XP machine. *** Bug 53223 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** (In reply to comment #1) > Is this still an issue with the latest stable releases of LO and Java? Sorry for answering so late, but I was on holiday. Nothing changed - the problem still exists (LO 3.6.1.2 RC2 and JRE 7u6 on WinXP SP 3 with all new updates). One only need to create a new database - and LO shows the problem. With JRE 6u43 Base works. Thank you for your interest urly Could you rename the LO directory profile and test again (see http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile)? (In reply to comment #5) > Could you rename the LO directory profile and test again (see > http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile)? I did it, but no change! "I renamed the directory (...\3\...), start LO (after a long time it finished starting, but no success with a base-file), the directory was again there." Thanks for trying to help. Works it on your PC? urly (In reply to comment #6) It's normal the directory was again there, it's automatically recreated by LibreOffice (that's why it was longer to start this time). I've got dualboot Linux/win7, but always use Linux. I should try to reproduce on Win7 but perhaps someone could tell here? Thanks, but there is only a problem with Win XP and Java 7. With Win 7 and Java 7 LO-base has no problem. |
