I tried to reset the cell format of the whole Spreadsheed, thru selecting an not formatted cell and using the 'format paintbrush' tool on the whole table. 

To reproduce this bug, do as follows:

- Open Libreoffice
- create new empty Spreadsheed or use any existing Spreadsheed
- select an random cell (empty or nonempty, formatted or unformatted)
- Click the 'format paintbrush' symbol
- Click the left top corner in the table header (selecting all cells)
- use the still active 'format paintbrush' tool an any cell

surprise, openoffice hangs, cpu is at 100%

to format all cells 65536*256=16776960 takes it's time, but when the user triggers an operation like this, may it be possible to warn or block an action like this.

Still happening in 4.2.3.3.

Raising importance since this is a crash which should not happen and may lead to data loss.

No longer happening in latest nightly, so WORKSFORME.
