I would suppose that this is not a bug, but a corrupted file, because I understood that you have created it.  MSO 2007 can also not open this file.

Therefore, if you have created it with LO and MSO 2003 or newer, then I would propose to close this issue.

I can confirm that attached file can't be opened by PPV 2003, PPV 14, LO 4.0.4.1 using Win7 32bit.
Comment 3 also confirmed that, so mark this as INVALID.

Please REOPENED this bug if you have attached new file
