Steps to repoduce:
1. Open a XLS file ( others not tested yet) saved with either MS Office or LibreOffice ( can be a new one, or a old one. It IS important to close the file! LibreOffice Cell High: 0,45cm [de-UI]
2. Insert some data ( text and numbers)
3. Cell height will be changed to 0,52 (Numbers) or 0,53 (Text)

Expected:
Cell high should remain 0,45 cm

Tested with: Win7 x64 SP1 LibO 3.5.0rc2 and 3.5.1.2
