Description Luca 2012-05-01 13:37:16 UTC
The "Replace" function is broken when it involves removing ends of paragraphs.

Search field: $
Replace field: empty

Hit replace repeatedly and you'll see only half line breaks removed, alternatively. The function misses one out of two line breaks. Maybe there's a problem in cursor placement after a line break is removed.

The "replace all" function works as expected.

NEW as bug confirmed.

Wen "Replace" is chosen, LO actually skips the paragraph which is marked by the cursor and deletes the _following_ paragraph end instead of the marked one. (LO 3.6.2.2 Ubuntu 12.04)

If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the version of LibreOffice and your operating system, and any changes you see in the bug behavior

If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a short comment that includes your version of LibreOffice and Operating System

Please DO NOT

Update the version field
Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker)
Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not appropriate in this case)
