Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc, and check if you have a running soffice.bin process. It may belong to OpenOffice.org, Apache OpenOffice, IBM Symphony etc. No reaction from reporter and I cannot reproduce -> resolving as WORKSFORME. |

Instead an error message appears (attached) asking for exiting libre office 3.5 and libre office 3.5 quick started before continuing, even though libre office is not installed on the station, and is not running on the station.
