UI accelerator keys missing in sections Table design and Slide Transition of taks pane

Checked with UI English and Dutch
The section "Custom animation" does have the accelerators.

Is already broken in 3.3.0

Very easy hack. The strings are in sd/source/ui/animations/SlideTransitionPane.src and sd/source/ui/table/TableDesignPane.src . Accelerator key is marked by adding ~ before the letter in the string in Text directive. All *Button and CheckBox resources should have one.
