Checked with both LibO 3.4.6 and LibO 3.5.4 RC2: That depends on your settings in Tools > Options > LibreOffice Writer > General > Settings ☑ Enable char unit [enabled] (= ch, line, pt) ☐ Enable char unit [disabled] (= cm) Hi manj_k, Thank you very much for your help. I understand I failed to make sure of confirming the setting. I'm sorry I took up your time. I'll close this one. Best Regards, Hirono Thanks for your feedback. Corrected status: RESOLVED NOTABUG. |
Created attachment 62084 [details] UI screenshot: Paragraph -> Indents & Spaceing as shown in LO3.4.6 and LO3.5.4 RC1 [LO3.5.4 RC1 WinXP SP3] I set both of LO3.4.6 and LO3.5.4RC1 as bellow; Tool -> Options -> LibreOffice Writer -> General -> Seetings:Measurement unit is "Centimeter" Problem description: Measurement units on Indents & Spacing tab in Paragraph is shown incorrectly in LO354RC1. Older version of LO : "cm" for all of Indent, Spacing, And Line spacing LO35x : "ch" for Indent, "line" for Spacing, "pt" for Line spacing Steps to confirm: 1. Open any odt file 2. Menu tool -> Options -> LibreOffice Writer -> General -> Seetings : Measurement unit is "Centimeter" 3. Menu Format -> Paragraph -> Indents & Spaceing 4. compare each measurement units on 3, between older LO version(ex LO346) and LO354 I wonder whether is there any change to the specificaion? or is there any problem?? Expected behavior: Use same units for all of Indent, Spacing, and Line spacing - measurement units in paragraph. Any help is greatly appreciated. Regards, Hirono
