Problem description: 
when you use an auto-filter for dates insted of apear the actual dates it apers a consecutive number: for example, if the date is 17/05/2012 it apper at the filter like 41057 te next day like 41058 and so on

Steps to reproduce:
1. .... in a column with dates aplay an autofilter
2. ....try to select one of the dates you already wrote
3. ....ther's no dates at all!!! just numbers 

Current behavior:
 the filter don't recognize de dates
Expected behavior:
the filter migth show the dates as they are wrote, or at least in some way you can know what day are you selecting, for the day and not for the consecutive number
