WHEN I FREEZE A PANEL ON THE WOORKSHEET, AND THEN OPEN THE FILE AGAIN, THE ROWS THAT I FREEZED ARE NOT LIKE THAT ANYMORE, I HAVE TO SELECT AGAIN THE ROW AND GO TO WINDOW->FREEZE AGAIN.

If this is still an issue with latest stable release of LibO please reopen this bug as UNCONFIRMED, attach a document that has frozen panes set and let us know what version of LibO you tested on.
