Automatic numbering and generation of a list isn't working anymore.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new writer document
2. Type:

* Test 1
* Test 2
* Test ...

-> There is no automatic bullet generation

Same with 1., 2., 3. and so on.

Doesn't work on master (27cd9157ac0e824197aa40c67fe6a4bfab3b2e38).

Works with 3.5.4.

Please provide a test document so we can see the problem. Marking as NEEDINFO, once attachment is created mark as UNCONFIRMED and we'll take a look at it.

Seems this default option got disabled between 3.5.4 and 3.6.1.2.
