While updating from ooo3.3 to LibO3.5.4 the Headerlines in old documents are not converted into MS-doc (98/XP) format anymore.
Further tests show the same problem with new documents out of LibO354. document has form:FirstPage (no-Header), rest of the pages form:standard - active header lines.
saving as odt works ok, convert to 98/XP doc format looses the header lines.

needed for crossplatform documents and exchanges between companies


especially with the doc format i had supposed a better testing - with this simple defect most people can't use crossplattform documents and will stay with the earlier versions or move back to the other stuff.
btw. AOO3.4 has the same bug

Could you attach any example documents to allow others to check on different
system/build?
